Okay – I am officially tired of not being able to get to sleep the night before I know I need to get up earlier than normal. I’m done. I can’t take anymore nights of getting maybe 3 hours uninterrupted sleep and then feeling like I’m hung over the next day.
So, I’m wondering – what are your strategies for falling asleep when you’re anxious? Any good ones? I need to get some good ones under my belt so that I can stop the unnecessary sleeplessness.
