who needs sleep?

Okay – I am officially tired of not being able to get to sleep the night before I know I need to get up earlier than normal. I’m done. I can’t take anymore nights of getting maybe 3 hours uninterrupted sleep and then feeling like I’m hung over the next day.

So, I’m wondering – what are your strategies for falling asleep when you’re anxious? Any good ones? I need to get some good ones under my belt so that I can stop the unnecessary sleeplessness.

  1. tylenol PM. if i have less than 8 hours before i have to get up, then i take a half of one and i’m not drowsy the next morning.

    it is TERRIBLE lying there looking at the clock trying to sleep and then just counting down how many hours of sleep you WONT be getting as time ticks by…
