If you are like me and cannot, for the life of you, be consistent with your workouts, the Skimble app is a really good idea.
I’ve been using it for awhile now, and it helps me stay on track with working out even when I’m on the road or when the gym is full- two things that happen more often than not for me. It’s super easy to pull out your phone and do a 15 minute workout wherever.
It’s also a good fit for total novices (like me) – it does a great job of walking you through the steps and showing you how to do some of the exercises.
It’s free, but you can upgrade to the pro version for $14 dollars a year, or something along those lines. Frankly, I’ve found the free workouts to be plenty, but if you’re more hardcore, you might want to check out the full array of options.
